Continuing Project Grants

These grants are for grantees wishing to continue, refine or expand their projects. Continuing Project Grants are only for projects that received funding in the past. Those wishing to continue a Mini-Grant will need to complete a New Project Grant Application.

Applications for the 2025-2026 grant cycle are now available.

Applying for FEF Grants for Continuing Projects

Guidelines for Continuing Project Grants 2025-26 Due Date for Applications:  April 11, 2025

1. Please read through the following prior to beginning the application.

2. The deadline for submitting all Project Grant applications is April 11, 2025.

3. Continuing Project Grants are only for grants that were awarded through the Project Grant process, not for Teacher Opportunity Mini-Grants.  If you have received a Mini-Grant and want to now expand it to a Project Grant, you will need to complete an application for a New Project Grant.

4. Applicants who have been awarded Continuing Project Grants for the past three consecutive years will need to submit a New Project Application, even if you hope to continue the project for a fourth year.

5. Applicants may submit a total of two applications.  This includes any combination of new or continuing project applications.

6. All assessments for Project Grants funded in 2024-25 must be received by June 1, 2025.  Grants approved for 2025-26 will be rescinded if assessments are not received by this date. Link to the assessment report: Assessment Form

7. Assessments, using the FEF form on the website, are required and due by June 1. 2025. Grants approved for 2025-26 will be rescinded if assessments are not submitted by this date.

8. For Project Grant awardees, attendance at the May information Reception is mandatory. Grants will be rescinded for projects not represented at the Reception.

Working on the Application

1. There are two items you need to complete when you begin working on your application:  your name and your email. You will not be able to return to your form or to submit the form without having filled in these fields.

2. If you want to begin working on the application and return to it later, it is very easy this year.  Simply click on the "save" button on the bottom of the page you are on.  Your application will be saved, and you will be given a link for how to return to it.  This is the same process you will use when you complete and submit the final application form. Follow these steps:

3. Once you have completed your application, you will press 'submit." You will then see a screen confirming that we have received your form. On that screen there will be two links: one is to Edit your form, and one is to get a PDF of your form.

4. You will also receive an email from FEFgrants@gmail.com with the same links.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder as it is likely to be there.

5. Save the edit link so that you can return to your form to change information.

6. Follow this process as many times as you need prior to submitting the application.  The deadline for final submissions is April 11, 2025.

7. Once you are satisfied with the final application, you will want to download the PDF from the response screen as it is a good way to save your final application and to forward it to those whose support you need or others you want to see your completed application.

8. You can print your application by clicking on the print form button on the last page of the application at any time in the process.

Budget Form

1. Download the 2025-26 Proposed Budget Form

2. Read carefully the directions on the budget form.

3. Save the form to your computer with the name of your grant, e.g., Teaticketmathclub.doc.

4. Complete the form and then upload the completed form to page 3 of the application.

Approvals Needed

1. Please email the PDF of your grant application and a copy of your Budget form to your Principal or Department Chair, and to Sonia Tellier, stellier@falmouth.k12.ma.us, when the project includes a request for technology.

2. Request that they email FEF at FEFgrants@gmail.com with their letter of support by April 11, 2025.
